I visited SMO to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Besides his busy schedule, Dr. Wasson was ready to accomodate me after I explained the urgency of my situation. He seems to be skilled at his work, answered all my questions and followed up with me the day after the surgery. Overall, my experience was smooth. Great team of practitioners. I’m highly satisfied.

The staff was incredibly accommodating when my primary dentist office contacted them at the last-minute to make arrangements for two wisdom teeth to be extracted. The benefits year was rolling over and I needed to get in asap. Needless to say, they were amazing. Not only were they able to set up a consultation that day, but they were able to schedule the extraction for the very next day. In addition to this flexibility, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and Doctor Wasson made quick and painless work of two wisdom teeth that were in very poor shape. Dr. Wasson removed four of my son's wisdom teeth. It was a very organized and quick process. All of my questions were answered at the time of the consultation and the surgery, which made me feel better about leaving my son in their hands. Dr. Wasson called the day after the surgery to check on my son's condition, which I really appreciated. Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful. They did a great job! I will bringing in my two younger children when it is time for their wisdom teeth to be removed. Thank you!!

Dr. Wasson removed an extra tooth in my 8-year old daughter. It was the first time she had any kind of surgery and so we were all very nervous. At our initial consult, he did a great job of explaining the different options as well as his recommendation based on what he saw of my daughter's temperament. I appreciated his responsiveness to questions prior to the surgery and the day of the surgery, he and his staff did a great job of making a scary procedure for a small child as unintimidating as possible. Post-surgery, my daughter has no negative associations with dental work and is very excited to show off the extra tooth that Dr. Wasson extracted!

After having experience with oral surgery, I was about as brave as my first day of kindergarten. Molar extraction is a serious procedure, indeed, but most of my anxiety was for naught. Aside from having the doctor's foot in my forehead for leverage (kidding!), the extraction went just fine and here I am only 16 hours later with no oozing or pain.

My experience of having my first wisdom tooth extracted at an older age was very easy and all because of Dr. Wasson and staff. Everyone was warm and friendly so my nervousness turned to calm right away. The procedure and recovery went smoothly. I had a really pleasant time at OMS. The staff and especially Doctor Wasson was lovely. I felt welcome and relaxed. I was nervous because my teeth were really impacted, but the team released all concerns and did everything to take care of me. I know I made doctor Wasson work the day of surgery and he was a trooper. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. He will take care of you before and after the procedure.

Our 9 year old daughter saw Dr. Wasson for the extraction of 3 teeth as part of an orthodontic plan. This was her first time ever having any dental procedure other than being seen for regular teeth cleaning. She had never been under sedation of any kind before and we were concerned and unsure about the type she would require for the procedure. We e-mailed Dr. Wasson with a "pediatric sedation checklist" listing some questions regarding the provider and about the set up of the office. Before our first appointment he contacted us and was very open and willing to address the items on the checklist. During the initial evaluation visit Dr. Wasson gave us a "tour" of his office which included seeing all of the safety and monitoring equipment. He called us later that day to see if we had any follow-up questions or concerns. We discussed the sedation options together and came up with what felt like a good choice for our daughter. The procedure went smoothly, she was kept very comfortable and her recovery time was quick. He called the day after the procedure to see how she was doing and provided us with contact information should any concerns arise over the weekend. Dr. Wasson and his office staff were caring and kind and had a good rapport with our daughter and our whole family. We would highly recommend Seattle OMS and Dr. Wasson to any parents who are looking for an oral surgeon for their child.

Although I was very scared of getting my wisdom teeth out, Dr. Wasson did a fabulous job with the surgery and I had a great experience. When I developed some complications the week after, he and his team went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and made sure that I was comfortable.
